This notice describes how the OSM pricing request form handles information. Effective August 10, 2026.
The fit-check form stores what you submit so a real person can review it. On quote.osm.gg the page uses the Meta pixel to measure which ads lead to legitimate business inquiries; your form answers are not sent to Meta, only standard pixel events. No marketing automation or drip campaign runs from this page.
Information the form collects
The form collects the information you choose to provide, including your name, brand, business email, optional phone number, optional city and state, product format, estimated order size, timeline, product stage, links, and notes about your manufacturing request.
The service also receives limited technical information needed for security and attribution, such as an IP address, submission time, referring page, and campaign tags. These details are not placed in public URLs with your contact information.
How information may be used
- Review whether OSM may be a fit for the manufacturing request.
- Contact you about that request and any related quote or next step.
- Protect the form from spam, fraud, and misuse.
- Measure which campaigns produce legitimate business inquiries.
Submitting the form will not enroll you in a newsletter or automated marketing drip campaign.
Sharing and selling
OSM does not sell personal information submitted through this form. Information may be handled by service providers that operate the form, hosting, email, analytics, or security systems, only as needed to provide those services. OSM may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights.
Retention and your choices
OSM keeps fit-check information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required for business records or legal obligations.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with a live submission by emailing info@osm.gg. That inbox is monitored by the same people who review pricing requests.
